My original plan was to write a nice little post on social media, telling you all about my journey over the last few months. But, it turned into four paragraphs…so what’s a girl to do? I am just so excited to share this exciting step with you!
A little over a year ago, I attended a workshop that was truly life-changing. One of the many realizations that it brought me to was that I needed to change my business name, so I flew home and went right to work! I created a logo and BAM, Lindsay Bishop Events was born! But, I also knew in my heart that it wasn’t the most inspired branding process…
At the beginning of this year, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with my DREAM branding expert! Literally, if I could pick anyone in the world to create a logo for me, Angela at Saffron Avenue would be the person I would choose. She got to work and, and as I saw her begin to shape my new brand, I realized that the website I was working with just wouldn’t do…
So, I went to work! I spent close to a million hours (ok, maybe 500,000) creating a website and mobile site to compliment Angela’s awesome work. My super-sweet friend Tina at Pure in Art Photography even set up a fun photoshoot at J Bridal Boutique, so that I could get background photos that fit just right.
All day today, I’ve been anxious and excited, nervous and so, so happy to show you my big change! I hope that you love the new brand & logo as much as I do! I hope that you enjoy checking out the new website, because I poured my heart and soul into every bit of it, trying to be as authentic and transparent as possible for you.
I’m just so thankful to have such incredible people in my corner! Like my husband, who beta tested both versions of my new site for me, and also moonlighted as a cat photographer when I realized I didn’t have a great picture of my assistant, Max. And the leader of my tribe, Renee, who has had to listen to me talk about this since…last July? And Angela, Tina, Katie, Emily, and Nikki, for each helping me out in one way or another. I love you all!
So, head over to my website to check it out! And don’t forget to come back here and tell me what you think. I really appreciate each one of you, and all of the support that you’ve given me. I hope that you love it!
